Hello, I'm Cedric and along with my wife we started Mobile Home Matadors.  A company with a focus on mobile homes and the mobile home community.

What started off as a way to make a little extra money, quickly turned into a passion that created a business.

Mobile Home Matadors maybe early in its journey, but with the help of others we can continue to help more families in an underserved market.

What We Do...
At Mobile Home Matadors, we're modernizing used mobile homes and creating affordable housing solutions while generating attractive returns for investors. Our business model involves:
  1. Purchasing undervalued mobile homes
  2. Renovating them to have modern standards in under 6 weeks
  3. Reselling slightly below market value for solid profits
Our Advantage
  • Expertise: Our team brings 40+ deals of combined experience in real estate, negotiating, and mobile home regulations.
  • Ability to overhaul and modernize a mobile home in 6 weeks or less.
  • Proven Process: We continue to refine our renovations to maximize efficiency and ROI, so we can sell a better mobile home for less.

Here are a few of our projects...

Banning, CA

This homes was located in a 55+ park.  The previous owner downsized and moved in with her daughter.

We were able to rehab the home in 4 weeks and received an offer after 5 days.  It fell through escrow and we received another offer 3 days later.

Stanton, CA

This inherited mobile home and the trustees wanted to sell.  Luckily, this home already had hardwood floors and few other updates.  We just had to paint, add lights, and remove the previous belongings.

Castaic, CA

The previous owner was retiring and looking to downsize.  The home needed a lot of work, but we were able to upgrade the inside and outside in 6 weeks.  The home received several offers, and help raise the value for what homes could be sold for in the park

Calistoga, CA

This project was located in Napa Valley. Calistoga was one of the more challenging projects because of the location and lack of stores close by.  The project took 2 months to complete.

Riverbank, CA

An inherited home and family looking to get out of debt, became a project that changed our business model.  This was the first time we 'fixed & flipped' a home.

We drove four hours up to the project on weekends over 6 weeks to complete this home.

Want More?

Las Vegas, NV

We have had our fair share of mobile homes in Las Vegas, with this being my favorite.  Team work made the dream work and we were able to overhaul this home in 5 weeks

West Hills, CA

The previous owner used the money we bought the home with to purchase their first home.

There was a lot of work needed to this home because the pets they had and the droppings they left behind, not to mention we had to gut the whole place.  It was definitely memorable.
